LaPlaya Wedding | Katie + James

On Friday November 15, 2013 Katie and James traveled from Kentucky to have a gorgeous destination wedding at The LaPlaya Resort in Naples, Florida.  Our couple wed on the grass area facing the Gulf of Mexico which is my favorite spot at LaPlaya to say your vows.  Katie and Dan enjoyed their evening and since the dance floor was packed all night we can safely assume all their guests did too.  Congratulations to our newlywed.  We wish you the best! xoxoxo

LaPlaya Wedding | Courtney + Matt

Courtney and Matt came all the way from St. Paul, Minnesota with 215 of their friends and family to have an amazing destination wedding at the LaPlaya Resort in Naples, Florida.  The big day happened on Saturday November 23, 2013 and we were there to capture it all!  Our bride and groom were married at St. Agnes Catholic Church in Naples, Florida.  After the ceremony guests arrived at LaPlaya for a night of dinner and dancing.  It was my first time working with the band Libido, who did a fantastic job entertaining guests.  We wish Courtney and Matt the very best and congratulations!   PS I call this picture "Why have one cake, when you can have three?"

On Sunday April 14, 2013 Joe and Michelle were married on the Gulf Lawn at the LaPlaya Beach Resort in Naples Florida.   This was a destination wedding and our bride and groom traveled all the way from California to wed in South West Florida.  I loved the details that went into this wedding.  The florals were gorgeous and the Bayview ballroom looked amazing.  Thanks to planner Kathy Resop, things went perfectly for our couple.  Best of luck Joe and Michelle as you begin your new life together. xoxo

On Friday April 12, 2013 Lisa and Kevin were wed on the North Beach at LaPlaya Beach Resort in Naples, Florida. Jennifer and Scott were married on Saturday October 6th, 2012 at The LaPlaya Beach Resort in Naples, Florida.  Our bride and groom had a destination wedding with 120 guests from all over the US.  After a REALLY gorgeous ceremony ( check out these quick pictures)  on the gulf lawn overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, guests were then treated to the entertainment of the Brett Foreman Band.  A great time was had by all.  Congratulations Jennifer and Scott ! xo

Liliana and Victor came all the way from New York City to have the perfect destination wedding at the gorgeous LaPlaya Beach Resort in Naples, Florida on Sunday September 16, 2012.  We started with our bride and groom for their traditional Chinese Tea Ceremony which was a first for us.  We love it when we have the opportunity to film new and interesting things.  Our bride and groom had prefect timing too.  Just as they had their first kiss as man and wife on the gulf lawn, the skies opened up and the rain came down.  Liliana and Victor are truly an amazing couple and we really enjoyed spending the day with them.  We wish them all the best ! xoxox

LaPlaya Beach Resort Wedding - Bre + Brian

I love this trailer for Bre and Brian's Wedding.  Bre and Brian got married at LaPlaya Beach Resort on the Gulf Lawn.  We used their live audio from the duet who sang at their ceremony for their trailer music.  And we loved the vows Bre and Brian read to each other. Such a beautiful location for a wedding.

LaPlaya Beach Resort Wedding - Bre + Brian

Some weddings are just FUN.  That's the best way to describe Bre and Brian's big day.  On Sunday, May 22, 2011 Bre and Brian were married at LaPlaya Beach Resort  in Naples, Florida.  This was a complete destination wedding of 100 guests, none from Naples.  We started with Bre and Brian as they were about to do a First Sighting.  That is always such a fun moment to capture.  For those who are new to the wedding world - a first sighting is when a bride and groom see each other for the first time prior to the ceremony to take pictures and video.  Their ceremony  and cocktail hour took place on the gulf lawn.  Dinner was then at the North Pool under the stars.  Later guests walked over to the Bayview Ballroom where they were rocked by the Brett Foreman Band.  There were many memorable moments throughout the evening, but watching Bre and Brian do "the worm" was certainly a memorable moment for me!  We enjoyed working with Jamie Lee Photography.  Florals were done by Botanicals On The Gulf and Cake by Ella's Cakes.

Best of luck to Bre and Brian.  We were happy to be part of your wonderful wedding day.

LaPlaya Beach Resort Wedding - Meredith + Josh

On Sunday February 20, 2011 Meredith and Josh were married on the North Beach of the gorgeous LaPlaya Beach Resort. The day was perfect with a cool breeze.   Days like this are just perfect for a beach wedding. After the ceremony guests enjoyed a cocktail hour on the Gulf Lawn as the sunset.  Congratulations Josh and Meredith!
