Monday is a great day for a destination wedding!  What better way to start our day then with a morning wedding on Sanibel Island.  We joined Sarah and Robert for their i-do's on Monday October 14, 2013 at Casa Ybel Resort on Sanibel Island.  The weather was breezy and perfect and we wish our newest couple many years of wedding bliss! xoxo

Ashley and Cody traveled down to Sanibel Island from Iowa and had the perfect destination wedding at Casa Ybel Resort. They said their i-do's on Friday August 2, 2013 on the Casa Ybel lawn overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.  It was a perfect day.  Congratulations Ashley and Cody! xo

The long awaited wedding of Allison and Ryan had finally come!  I think we booked Allison and Ryan about a year and a half ago.  Time flies and the big day was here.  Allison and Ryan were married at Sanibel Harbour Marriott Resort and Spa on Saturday June 15, 2013.  The weather was perfect for their wedding day, and Allison looked truly amazing.  Allison described it as a fairytale wedding, and it truly was.  Congratulations Allison and Ryan, we were so happy to be part of this wonderful day! xoxox

Casa Ybel Wedding | Tracey + Jason

Tracey and Jason had a destination wedding all the way from Jew Jersey and were married at The Casa Ybel Resort on Sanibel Island, Florida.  The couple said their own vows to each other on Sunday April 28th, 2013 while their closest friends and family watched.  For their sand ceremony they used the cutest personalized mason jars, what a great idea.  Musician Steve Farst played acoustic guitar and sang during the wedding.  His talents always wow me.  We really enjoyed spending our last wedding of the month with Tracey and Jason and all the wonderful vendors that played a part in their fabulous wedding.  Congratulations to our newest couple. xo

South Seas Resort Wedding | Dana + Richard

Dana and Richard came all the way from Alabama to have their dream destination wedding on Thursday April 25, 2013 at South Seas Island Resort.   Their day was absolutely beautiful.  The weather was breezy and sky was blue.  Their ceremony took place at Sunset Cove and their outdoor reception was on the Kings Crown Lawn.   The moment I saw Dana I was beyond excited. After 14 years of weddings, I had yet to see a blush colored wedding dress.  Can I say LOVE!  Dana looked AMAZING.  Actually, if I were to be planing my own wedding, I would have some very similar details as Dana and Richard did.  I loved all the colorful lanterns incorporated in the decor.   Best of luck to Dana and Richard as they begin their new life together.  xo

South Seas Resort Wedding | Kyle + Mary

On Saturday April 13, 2013 Mary and Kyle were married at Sunset Cove at South Seas Island Resort on Captiva Island.  The weather was breezy and perfect for this destination wedding of about 160 guests. The reception continued on under a tent at the Kings Crown Lawn.  I had 2 favorite details from this wedding.  One was the cake made by Kakes By Karen.  I just love the unique cake topper.  The other was the tent.  Look down at a quick picture of how gorgeous this set up really is.  Congratulations to Mary and Kyle.  xo

Julianna and Phil truly had the perfect destination wedding.  Right down to the " I do " decals on the back of her purple Kate Spade shoes, which is something I just loved, to the gorgeous weather at Casa Ybel on Sanibel Island.  On Friday, October 26th, 2012 our bride and groom came from Pennsylvania to get married at Casa Ybel Resort on Boardwalk beach.  We are very excited about their movie trailer, it is certain to be amazing, just like Julianna and Phil.  We wish you guys all the best and thank you for letting us be there for your special day. xo

Alexandra and Steven had the perfect destination wedding on Saturday June 2, 2012.  The couple choose Casa Ybel on Sanibel Island for their intimate ceremony and reception.  About 20 guests gathered on the sandy white beach and Alexandra and Steven were wed.  Their ceremony included a blessing of the stones, and directly after the ceremony they danced their first dance as man and wife  right on the beach.  Very romantic.  Congratulations, Steven and I wish you the best.
